Its Good If you are Interested to apply for Bank PO Recruitment examination.

>> To apply for this Post you need to complete your Graduation degree in any discipline form a recognised University.

The eligibility criteria are vary form Bank To Bank. Private Banks have different eligibility and Public sector banks have different eligibility.

But Graduation is the minimum eligibility to apply for Bank PO Examination.

Age Eligiblity For Bank PO Examination -

For SBI - To apply for SBI Bank PO examination, Your Age should Between 21 To 30 Years, Upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC and Other reserved category candidates.

For IBPS - To apply for IBPS Examination your age should between 20 to 30 years.

But for Private banks Your age should not be More Than 25 Years.

And You must have scored minimum 55% marks in your Graduation.

>> But for SBI and IBPS Bank PO Examination, you not need to scored any minimum Percentage Marks, Only Passed in graduation is sufficient to apply for bank PO examination Post. So If your age should between 2o to 30 years then you are eligible to apply for Public Banks and for more Information check the bank official websites.

If you are interested to apply for bank probationary officer examination then you should have a graduate degree from any recognized university.

The age limits and education qualification are differ from bank to bank.Every bank have there own eligibility criteria.There is a two sectors : 1)Public 2)Private sectors.But both sectors has same age limits.

Age limits :-

• Age should have a minimum 21 years and 30 years at the time of appearing.
• 5 years relaxation for SC/ST category.
• 3 years relaxation for OBC category.
• 10 years relaxation for PD category.

Education Qualification for Bank P.O Examination .

You should be qualified in bachelor degree in any stream { ie : science (or) arts (or) commerce } with 60% percentage of marks form recognized university . if your belonging from sc/st candidate then the relaxation is given for 55% percentage of marks . Every bank are give first preference to commerce and C.A { Charted Accountant } and I.C.W.A { Cost and Work Accountant }candidates

Age Limit for the Bank P.O Examination :

Your age should be 21 to 30 years and if your belonging from following category then the relaxation is given to you ,

>>SC/ST candidates for 5 years

>>OBC and backward candidates for 3 years

Extra Qualification for bank PO Examination :

You should have good communication in english as well as hindhi . because you should communicate with your higher authority . and you must finished any one of the computer courses like { tally , ms office } , the certificate should be submit in interview . you should have good knowledge in accounts , mathematics and taxation etc.....

The minimum qualification required for the same is graduation.
your age should not be over 30 years.
The SC, ST candidates will gets 5 year relaxation and OBC candidates will gets only 3 year relaxation and for other reserved category please check the Previous year Notification.

GENERAL CANDIDATES AND OTHERS - 60% OR MORE MARKS IN CLASS XII AND 55% OR MORE MARKS IN GRADUATION OR POST GRADUATION.



2. AGE - NOT BELOW 21 YEARS AND NOT ABOVE 30 YEARS

For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC the age relaxation is 3 years..

If you are interested to build your future in the bank sector , then it is well and good.
Here I am providing you the details about the bank P.O exams.

Generally for all the banks whether private or the government banks the minimum and the common eligibility criteria is minimum pass in the graduation or the any bachelor degree from any discipline but from a recognized university.

For the government banks there is no need for any minimum marks but then for the various private banks you should score a minimum of the 55% of the marks in your graduation examination.

The age eligibility criteria is 21 years to 30 years for the general category students .
But there is upper age relaxation for the OBC (of three years) and SC/ST (of 5 years).

So if you fulfill all the above eligibility criteria then you can apply for the various bank P.O exams.
For the other info about the bank P.O exams you may refer to the official website of the different banks.

Private banks like ICICI have a maximum age limit of 25 years

To appear for Bank PO's exam,then you should have completed graduation degree with any discipline from a recognized university and age should be between 21 to 30 years.

If your percentage is above 60 in all your education qualification,then you can appear all the Bank PO's exam,Which are in India.

Those candidate have completed their graduation degree with above 55% marks from any recogniged university are eligible for BANK PO exam.

But your age must be in between 20 to 30 years.Age relaxation is provide only for SC/ST/OBC candidate .For Sc/ST candidate have age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC candidate it is 3 years.

BANK PO exam consist of two steps 1) Written test 2)Personal Interview.

For written test you must be prepare for mathematics and general knowledge.Also you must have basic knowledge computer field.

Every bank set their own criteria .So it is not perfect criteria all BANK PO exam.
