Eligibility Criteria for ICAR AIEEA;- For applying to the ICAR AIEEA UG Exam the candidate should complete the higher secondary examination with at least 50% marks with PCM, PCMB, PCA or PCB subject combination. The final year students can also apply for the test but they should fulfill the above qualification before the time of counseling. Those candidates who have backlogs in plus two are not eligible to apply for the test. The candidates who have grad uation under 10+2+5 or 10+2+4 years in the following streams can apply for the AIEEA PG test: Syllabus for ICAR AIEEA’- The ICAR AIEEA entrance exam for the UG candidates consists of two streams. It consists of 180 multiple choice questions. Stream A includes the questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology. There is a choice for taking Agriculture instead of Biology. Stream B includes questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. A candidate can select either stream A or stream B for the exam. If the candidate selects stream A, he will get admission for the following courses like

ICAR stand for Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).Registration for 2013 batch is going on...
I have ,mentioned below the examination dates for the same.. Under Graduate degree Programmes (AIEEA-UG-2013) Test date: April 20, 2013 Post-Graduate(AIEEA-PG-2013) + Senior Research Fellowship (SRF-PGS) Test date: April 21, 2013 Eligibility Criteria of ICAR Entrance exam: You must have passed and obtained not less than 50% marks in aggregate for admission under General, UPS and OBC categories or 40% marks in aggregate for admission under SC, ST and PH categories in 10+2 examination or equivalent/Inter (Agriculture) with PCM/ PCB/ PCMB/ PCA/ PCH subject combinations. If you are having a compartment/supplementary in any of the subjects will not be eligible unless proof of having cleared the examination with requisite percentage is available. Age: For AIEEA-UG 2012: Between 17 and 23 years as on 31st August 2012. (must have been born between 01.09.1989 to 01.09.1995). Exam Pattern : There will be only one question paper consisting of 180 multiple-choice objective type questions, in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (or Agriculture) for “STREAM–A” and Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for “STREAM–B”.
