ICAR(Indian Council of Agricultural Research) conducts All India Entrance Examination for Admission(AIEEA) for the admission in the UG engineering degree programs.

The UG programmes are as-:

There are two streams,Stream A-Agriculture/Biology. Stream B-Mathematics.


Stream A Programmes-:

Agricultural Engineering

Food Science & Biotechnology

Horticulture

Fishery

Forestry

Home Science

Sericulture


Stream B-:

Agricultural Engineering

Dairy Technology

Banking & Co-operation

Agricultural Marketing.


ELIGIBILITY-:

Pass in 10+2 (Physics,Chemistry,Biology/Agriculture/Home Science)for STREAM A.
(Physics,Chemistry.Mathematics for STREAM B).
with minimum of 50% marks,40% for SC/ST.Those appearing for the 10+2 examination can also apply,provided they are able to produce the certificates at the time of the counselling.

AGE Limit-: Minimum required age is 17 years and maximum 23 years.(Age relaxation is not applicable for any of the categories).


Pattern Of Examination-:

The question papers consists of both Hindi and English medium with Objective type of questions.

Candidate can choose any of the streams from the the two streams (1)Agriculture/Biology.(2)Mathematics.


Examination is conducted for both the streams with Physics and Chemistry as common for the both.

Stream A consists of questions from Agriculture and Biology.Any one has to be chosen.

Stream B consists of Mathematics.
