I am Ayushree Kaushik,i am doing BBA III from kota.After completion of this degree i am thinking of doing CS so as to get good job.

So i m requesting you to guide me about this course.Please tell me which entrance exam i have to give for this,how much year will it take for me for completion of this course & what is the fee structure.Kindly tell me the full detail of this course as soon as possible.

Hello Ayushree,
After completion of your degree program, you will have to enroll for the Executive Program of company secretary course.
The course usually comprise of :
Foundation program
Executive program
Professional program

Being a graduate, you will be exempted from foundation program.

You do not need to qualify any entrance exam to get enrolled for the company secretary course.
The Executive program will be followed by Professional program and practical training of 15 months.

After qualifying all the exams and completion of training period, you will become an associate member of ICSI and will be entitled as an company secretary.

if you are graduate you need not to clear the first stage of the company secretary course.

Admission is open though out the year.examination are held twice a year in june and december.

It is not a regular course and can be done from anywhere from INDIA.
