Dear aspirant,
After completing CCNA course you need to appear for the CCNA exam in order to qualify then only you can get a certification from CISCO.

After getting the certification you are eligible for attending interviews in different companies where cisco devices are used.
In this a case you can work as a system administrator system engineer.

Furthermore it is better do the following courses and then qualify teh certification exams too. They are as follows:

CCNP(Cisco Certified Network Professional)
CCIE( Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert)

If you finish these courses then your position in a company will be of high range at teh same time you can get a huge no. of opportunities along with a huge salary package.

Getting a job after completing ccna is not easy. First you need ccna certificate from cisco then you need other certificates too like
CCNP(Cisco Certified Network Professional) and
CCIE( Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert)

if you have only CCNA certificate then you will get a job providing Rs 3-3.5 lakhs per annum in Bangalore or Chennai or Hyderabad.
So you need to have other Certificates of CCNP and CCIE too in order to get Rs 4-6 lakh salary per annum.
There are thousands of people having these degrees so getting a job is tough.
Try to complete all these three certificates and you can get a good job.
Remember only completing CCNA will led to small jobs and you will not get any big sum in your pocket.

Doing a CCNA course from any particular Institute for eg. NIIT, Jetking, IIHT, IACM and etc makes any difference for a searching a job
