I have successfully completed my BBA degree course but, not getting any jobs based on this qualification. Should I do any further course to secure a good job? What are the job opportunities available based on BBA degree only?

There are less private sector job opportunities after Bachelor of Business Administration. You should start your preparation for government jobs or pursue Master of Business Administration to be eligible for good job opportunities.

BBA candidates can apply for government jobs like:

Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate level exam.

Banking job entrance exam.

IBPS PO and Clerk exam.

IB ACIO exam.

You can apply for CAT, MAT, XAT for admission MBA course.

Candidates who have done bachelor of business administration can seek job in following industries:

>>Insurance companies.

Yes, it is true that pursuing mere BBA will not get you a promising job according to the present market trend since there are many engineering graduates searching for the same jobs so the MNCs hire them as their employees.

To get a good job in the field of computers you have to pursue the MBA.

Many MNCs hire MBA graduates as the system analyst and pay them about 4-6 lacs per annum as per the present trend.

There are many opportunities for candidates who have completed their bachelor degree in Business Administration.

The required area in which you can get jobs are ;-

Banks.

Multinational Companies.

Financial Organisation.

Educational Institutes.

Other than this candidates having bachelor degree qualification are eligible for recruitment in Banking, Railway, SSC, CDS, UPSC etc.

There are plenty of jobs with BBA as a degree in both sectors public and private. For public sector you are eligible for the following jobs :

1) IBPS : It's an exam for appointment to the post of Asst. Manager/Clerk to different PSUs Banks.

2) SSC : It's an exam for appointment to the post of Asst. Section Officer/Inspector/Auditor to various ministries and government offices.

3) UPSC :It's an exam for appointment to the post of IAS/IPS/IFS.

4) AFCAT : It's an exam for appointment to the post of Flying Officer in Indian Air Force.

You are also eligible to work in Private sector where BBA is a pre requisite. For instance

1) Accountant with different firms like HCL, American Express etc.

2) Jobs in HR department in various leading companies.

You can pursue MBA meanwhile to hold a good post in private sector. For this you can give CAT (Common Admission Test).

You can get jobs in private companies involved in consultancy, BPO, Telemarketing etc. But this jobs are not secure. You should go for higher studies like Master of Business Administration or prepare for government job entrance exams based on Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

BBA candidates can apply for many government job entrance exams like Banking jobs of Clerk and Probationary officer, SSC CGL, CPO exam, UPSC exams like CDS, Civil Services examination etc.

Suppose if you want to pursue Master of Business Administration then you can apply for Common Admission Test. The minimum percentage of marks required is 50%.

You can pursue MBA for better job opportunities.

BBA or Bachelor of Business Administration is an undergraduate Business Management Course. The duration of Bachelors of Business Administration is three years. As per my suggestion MBA is right option for you after completion of Business Administration course.
