sir how can i join indian army after my b tech. plz provide a detailed idea

dear,
after the completion of b.tech you will be eligible for appearing for two types of entries fro NDA ...they are :-

UES entry--university entry scheme ......in this entry you will be screened in your college itself for the selection for SSB interview to join defense forces in technical field......the screening will be conducted by the defense authorities.....

another entry is called CDS--combined defense services exam......
here you will have to appear for an exam conducted by UPSC .....
after clearing the exams you will be called for SSB interview.....'

engineering .

Within training you get astipiend of Rs. 12000 ,but if you lean=cve the training you have to pay back Rs.750 per week.

Afetr your training you will be luitenent & your income is startyed from Rs 15000
& it increases per year

you can appear for either UES(university entry scheme)
or CDS
or EKT(engineering knowledge test)
kindly read employement news paper regularly & get the exact date of submitting application form or date of exams etc.

sorry but you cannot join NDA agter B.tec
but can give CDS exams.

there are lot of ways starting from 12th to join force.
there are various ways like ues ,ssb,nda to join forces,after b.tech.

there is only one way through ues scheme for engg. that you can pursue a direct ssb call.
if you are ward of war victim,then condition apply.

sorry to say, you can't join in NDA after your btech.

as minimum age limit to attain in NDA exam is 17-19 year.

but a student can complete his btech degree minimum within 21years.

so you can't join in nda.

after completing your b.tech you can join NDA through two ways.one is university entry scheme(U.E.S.) in which you will be screened in college and if you pass the interview you will be called for SSB.the other one is CDS entry.for this you have to give written exam and if you clear it you will be called for interview.

for giving the NDA exam you must have the 12th certificate also your age sholud be between 16.5 to 19.5.

as your age crosses this limit so you can not go for the Nda,

and there is no any way to join the nda after b.tech.

so after b.tech you can join the army through the cds exams.

you want to join in NDA after Btech .....for that you have to appear in exams which are conducted by UPSC..

like,

EKT(engineering knowledge test)

CDS(combined defense service).


so prepare yourself very well, to crack these type of exam.

obviously u can join in defence sector.for that u have to give some competetive exam like
1.cds.
2.ekt
3.ues
etc
if u can qualify to this exam u can get get chance in defence sector.
after b.tech many defence related exam r conducted.u just follows newspaper u get total information about defence entry.

you can fill the army form which available in market
last vdate is 9 september
UES(university entry scheme)

EKT(engineering knowledge test)

CDS(combined defense service).

these are more option you have

no
nda is applicable after 12th with minimum percentage is 60 and you have to join indian airforce on the basis of cds exam.
elligibility:
70% marks in graduation.

you will be now called for the ssb test,
its the test of your physical ,mental and working in group aspects of yours,
this is very tough,
you will also have to give an psychometric test,
you will be posted as an lieutenant after clearing nda

Bachelor degree or B.tech.

SSC: short service commission,is ment for all male and female
candidates those who have B.sc/M.sc (Physics,radio,electronics
,) or B.tech/M.tech (civil,mechanical,electronics,electronics
& talecommunication,Aeronautical etc.) with atlest 60% aggregate

u cannot give NDA exam as age limit for NDA is 16 1/2 to 19 years only as u r graduate now with btech u r not eligible as u have crossed the prescribed age limit.
Modes of entrance in INDIAN ARMY are:
UES- university entry scheme- in this the armed personnel shortlists candidates through campus interview.
SSC- short service commisioning requires graduation with 60%

sir i am studying b.tech first year.i want to become pilot.so i am willing to write nda exam.so please tell me is there any possibility to write nda exam.

i am a female doing my final year engg. i would like to join the defence services. i also have a 'c' certificate from the army wing ncc. can you please guide as to how to apply and wat chances i have to get into the defence?

because age should be 16.5-19 years
but you can go for cds and ssc exam
its minimum criteria is -
graduation from any reconised institutes from any stream.
age should be 21-30 years

Is there is any difference between the carriers of an officer pass outs IMA with direct entry through CDS and an officer who enters IMA after passing out NDA.
