sir i will complete Master of Science in july2011
am i eligible for JTO 2011 exam

i think you will not be eligible for JTO examination. because the eligibility criterion for JTO examination is candidate should have engineering degree in any of the following branch for JTO(Telecom)

Telecommunication,
Electronics,
Radio,
Computer,
Electrical.
Information Technology

for JTO(electrical) student must be from electrical engineering branch and for JTO(Civil) student must be from civil engineering branch.

there are no opportunity for master of science student. here i am attaching the notification for BSNL JTO 2009 examination for more information go through on this notification.

I regret to tell you that you are not eligible to apply for the BSNL-JTO exam.

Because according to the eligibility criteria of this exam, candidates who have graduated in any one of the following engineering branches are eligible to apply:

i.Electronics,
ii.Telecommunication,
iii.Radio,
iv.Computer Science,
v.Electrical.

Master's degree holders in any science subjects are not eligible to write the exam.

So, go for other opportunities according to your choice.
