AMIE Winter 2011 Examinations of IEI shall be conducted in India and abroad during 03/Dec/2011 to 09/Dec/2011. AMIE is Equivalent to BE/B.Tech Degree and it was recognised by U.P.S.C.

Interested and eligible candidates may apply for AMIE Examination Online, The Examination fee of AMIE was Rs. 2000 and you have to pay the fees through DD and it should be in favour of "THE INSTITUTION OF ENGINEERS (INDIA) Payable at KOLKATA.

Important Dates for Winter 2011 Examination -

>> Candidates not appeared at Summer 2011 Examinations - From 16/Aug/2011 to 19/Sep/2011.

>> Candidates appeared at Summer 2011 Examinations - From 19/Sep/2011 to 21/Oct/2011.

To apply for this examination you need to complete your 12Th examination OR B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with 45% marks in aggregate and 45% aggregate in PCM and passed in English And your Minimum age should be 17 years at the time of applying for AMIE Examination.

AMIE stand for Associate Member of the Institution of Engineering .The AMIE exam is conducted by IEI. AMIE is equivalent to BE/B.tech .The AMIE exam is conducted by UPSC.
