You have Missed the Chance to apply for CAT Entrance Examination because the CAT 2011 Examination was already Completed and The Result was already Declared and Availiable in the official website.

CAT stands for Common Admission test and this examination is Conducted by IIM's Every year, The examination is Conducted in the Month of November/ December and The examination Notification will be Held on August Every year.

Eligible candidates may fill the CAT Application form Online.

To apply for CAT Examination you have to complete your Graduate degree course in any discipline and you have to scored Minimum 50% Marks from a recognised University, Final Year appearing candidates are also apply for CAT Examination.

So please wait for CAT 2012 Notification and then apply for this examination Online.

CAT is a computer-based test and There will be two separately timed sections in the test :

>> Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation
>> Verbal Ability & Logical Reasoning.

There will be 30 questions in each section and each of the sections will be 1 hour and 10 minutes.

The application form cost of CAT Examination will be changes every year.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR CAT EXAM

Those candidate have above 50% in graduation are eligible for CAT exam.For SC/ST candidate this marks is decreased to 45% in graduation.

Your graduation college or university must have UGC approval.This exam is conduct once time in a year.

This year exam date is already OVER.So you can try for next year.

You can apply here maximum times because there is no limitation to attempts for CAT exam.

CAT Exam Details:-

CAT stands for Common Admission Test which is one of the most popular entrance examination for pursuing MBA and other such management programmes. This examination is organized by Indian Institute of Management and the whole registration process is conducted online. The voucher for the exam can be bought either online or offline.

Reservation in CAT Eexamination:-

• Scheduled Caste- 15% seats
• Scheduled Tribe- 7.5% seats
• OBC (Non-Creamy)- 27% seats

Educational Qualification:-

• You must possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline of your choice from a recognized university.
  
• Apart from that you also have to ensure minimum 50% of marks in aggregate if you belong to the general category.
  
• There is 5% relaxation for the reserved category candidates. SC/ST candidates needs to get 45% of marks.
  
• Final year students can also apply for this exam. But they will be given provisional admission.

CAT 2013 Exam Dates:-

• CAT 2013 Voucher Sale: 29 July – 24 September 2013
• CAT 2013 Registration Window: 29 July – 26 September 2013
• CAT 2013 Test Dates: 16 October – 11 November 2013
• CAT 2013 Results: January 2014

Registration Process:-

• Purchase the CAT vouchers from any of the branches of Axis Bank.
  
• Log into the official website of CAT: http://www.catiim.in
  
• Then depending on the date and time session available you have to choose the date and 10 a.m. session or the 3:30 p.m. session.
  
• If you get selected then original degree certificate and mark sheets along with your photocopies must be submitted for verification.
