I Am Intrested in programing langveg and comunicasan but not in Physics So Which Line I Will Select E.C. Or C.E. ????

You will have to study Physics in first year of any stream of engineering. Physics to be studied in first year of engineering is not so hard and level of Physics is same as that of 10+2.

As you have mentioned in post that you are interested in Programming language and communication engineering, you must go for Electronics and Communication Engineering. Admission in Engineering is done on either JEE exam or State level engineering entrance examination.

For admission in IITs and NITs, you need to clear JEE Main and Advanced exam with good rank. Minimum percentage of marks is 50% for engineering college.
