2. The candidates must have done their higher in science stream with PCM
3. The candidates must have born on or after October 01, 1980 are eligible for the exam.
4. For SC/ST and PD candidates the upper age limit for them is 5 years from the prescribes limits.
5. The candidates must submit their physical fitness certificate.

i am in class XI and hav just started preparation of iit-jee... which books sud i start with... actually i hav started with tmh iit jee maths book and h c verma phy books... but i am facing difficulty in understanding both these books... a senior suggested me to start preparation with the book "MATHEMATICS FOR LEARNING PHYSICS" of arihant publications (written by abhishek kumar,B.Tech.(Comp. Science), IIT Kanpur)... i hav started reading this book and find it to be good as i am able to understand everything.... sud i continue with this book as the first book or refer some other books???
