Re: How may I get study materials for the preparation of IIT-JEE? List of books that can be referred?
Hi
IIT JEE - Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance Examination. This exam is the toughest under graduate entrance in the country. It is conducted by the IIT's every year right after the board exams to select candidates for the various B.Tech courses in 13 IIT's in the country. The Basic Eligibility Criteria to sit for the IIT JEE are :- 1. You should be a minimum 12th pass from a recognized school or state board in India scoring at least 60% aggregate in it. 2. You must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as the 3 compulsory subjects as they are asked in the IIT entrance 3. IIT grants only 2 consecutive attempts to each candidate. Thus you have one more attempt left and it is good that you want to give it your well prepared shot. Now coming to your question as to which study material is the best, I am going to tell you a few points. It would help you decide. Firstly Bansal Kota is the best coaching for the IIT JEE in India. They have the maximum success rate and so you can think of taking their packages with closed eyes. You have to work hard to get success. Second is Resonance. They also provide Comprehensive packages and enough practice material so that students know each and every concept very well. You can also think of going for this one. Rest you take up any package and study. At the end of the day, it would be totally how much effort you are ready to put in to get to your dreams. You have to work really hard, and keep yourself well motivated in order to clear IIT. Hope this helps All the best Regards RANJEET |

Quote:
IIT-JEE exam has now transformed to JEE Advanced Exam. Now, you will have to first qualify JEE Mains Exam then only you can appear for JEE Advanced Exam (or IIT-JEE exam). The Exam Pattern of JEE Advanced Exam will be similar to IIT-JEE exam as earlier. JEE Advanced Exam will have two papers as earlier. You must solve previous year question papers to score good marks in IIT-JEE exam. Don't study any new concepts when very less time is left for the commencement of exam. Some of the best books for the preparation of JEE Advanced Exam are:

Re: How may I get study materials for the preparation of IIT-JEE? List of books that can be referred?
As you only have 1 year for your preparation of IIT JEE thus I will 1st recommend you to revise your 11th and 12th syllabus and that too especially from the NCERT textbooks.
I don't think that you shall go after many reference books so I will suggest you the following: Maths: 1.R.D.Sharma(11th,12th) Physics: H.C.Verma Chemistry: 1.NCERT textbook shall ssuffice but do it thoroughly atleast 5 times. |
