Hi,

I have cleared bank PO written exam. Can anyone provide me the interview questions as this is my first attempt and i am not aware of what all questions can be asked in the interview. Please provide me the related stuff. And what is the further process of interview? How do we come to know about interviews?

TIPS TO PREPARE FOR BANK PO INTERVIEW

The Bank PO interview will be same as the other interview's which happens in software companies, there will be questions from general knowlege which is current happenings and some formal questoins...

-> The important things whic you have to keep in mind before going into the interview is as follows...


-> CONFIDENCE.

-> COMMUNICATION.

-> POSTURE.


-> Dont ever show yourself nervous even if you are not sure of the answer.. try to keep yourself confident throughout the interview process...

-> Good communication is very much important to carry out in the interview, be short and clear whatever you speak in the interview.

-> Posture is nothing but having a proper eye contact, right mode of dress and proper dress.

-> I have attached some of the e-books which might help you to prepare for the interview process in this post your reference.. check it out to prepare well for the interview..

sir i have wording pronounciation problem that's losse my confident always so that my exposure is always bod on others please suggest me what i have to do for it.

How to face the interview

Some important interview Question are as follows:
Q1. : What are the good qualities for a Probationary Officer?
A1. He must have the quality of management. He should be well behaved ,a good leadership, motivation & well communication skills.
Q2. Have you applied to any other areas apart from banking?
A2. Yes, insurance,banking,accountancy,sales are some other which were in my choice & I applied in some of them.
Q3. How do you feel about committing yourself to another three years of exams?
A3. Though they require determination & focus but still I am ready to accept the challenge.
Q4. Tell me about an experience in which you had to use tact?
A4. Tact and diplomacy are no doubt the important qualities in retail banking.

Best way to prepare for interview is that you should not prepare for it at all.
Prepare only Technical Questions such as bank details their products ad some terminologies like basel norms, about banking industry etc...
Dont prepare for the HR Questioins/Interview be natural and spontaneous

Hi,

Personal Interviews can be an easy one or a not to forget a tough one too. Once you have passed IBPS exam and got a good scorecard, you should prepare for bank interview. There is no particular or set questions, which will be asked, but in general there are fwe topics , which you can prepare ahead.

- About yourself / your family
- Current banking affairs
- Current Politics ./ economic affairs
- Remember and understand each and every term used in your CV / biodata
- your course

Next you should be confident of what you know. Be conident. They never expect you to know everything, but whatever you know ,you should have complete knowledge of that.
