Is Mahatma Gandhi Unviersity Shillong, Meghalaya,approved by joint committee of UGC-DEC-AICTE.Please let me know this and also if i do my course from the above mentioned university is it safe and will it be helpful for me to go for any teaching in colleges after finishing my Degree.Please send the answer through my mail ie [email protected] You if you reply me the same.

MG university megalaya is having temporary affiliation ,because of that it is listed in the UGC site on private universities ,final report is awaited that would be published only after UGC inspection committee visits the university . normally to establish a private university approval of state legislative assembly is required MG university has that. besides the state governor has to sign the final report.then it would go to the UGC ,once they get an approval from SLA (State government) UGC will list that in the private university and specific date would be given for final UGC inspection. as of now this is the status with MG university meghalaya

is it safe to do bpp course from mahatma gandhi university if (yes),then after that can i apply for feature study.an also the result of bpp is online.
