Maximum age limit to appear in JMFC 2016 exam?
Well in the month of june 2016 i will complete my age 35 and i got 54% marks in LL.b and now i want to give exam of jmfc exam in this 2016 year itself.

JFMC examination is conducted by state government for recruitment of candidates as a first Class Magistrate.
No, you are not eligible to appear for examination as minimum required aggregate to appear for examination is 55% in LL.B. The maximum age limit to appear for examination is 35 years for open category and relaxation for OBC and SC/ST. |

Your age should be in between 21-35 years for General category and if you belong to SC/ST then you will get 5 years of Relaxation.
Other Eligibility criteria for JMFC Examination: Graduation in Las with minimum 55% Marks. The exam is carried out in 2 stages : Preliminary Examination (1 paper of 100 marks) Main Examination (2 papers of 100 marks each) Viva-Voice (50 marks). Syllabus of JMFC entrance exam : Code of Criminal Procedure, Civil Procedure Code, Evidence Act, Transfer of property Act, Specific Relief Act, Maharashtra Rent Control Act, Limitation Act, Constitution of India, Indian penal Code, Law of Contracts, Sale of Goods Act & Partnership Act |

Maximum age limit to appear in JMFC 2016 exam:-
maximum age limit for fresh law graduate 25 years. Maximum 35 years for person already working a advocate. Maximum 35 years for persons already working a advocate. Maximum 45 years for members of ministerial staff of High Court. Age limit for general caste candidate is 21 years to 35 years. For OBC candidate is 21 years to 30 years and 21 years to 40 years for SC/ ST candidate. |

JFMC stands for Judicial Magistrate First Track court.
Eligibility criteria: >>Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university with minimum of 55% marks in it. >>Age criteria is 21-35 years for candidates of open category, 21-38 years for OBC and 21-40 for SC/ST category. You must fulfill both criteria to apply for JFMC exam. |

I am 39 years old , now , recent i completed llb with 66% in three years without any gap or fail over. I am lady , due to family problem, i was unable to take education, but now i want to fulfill my dream , can i am qualified for Jmfc exam ?
