Dear friend,
Age limit is 21-30 for general, but it is increased by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for physically challenged, 5 years for ex. service man.

the general age limit for bank PO exam is 21-30. but there are 5 & 3 years of relaxations are given to SC\ST&OBC candidates respectively.
10 years of relaxations are given to PH candidates.

eligibility for bank po exam is;
- a candidate should have graduate from any recognized university

- a candidate's age should be between 21-30, age relaxation is as per
the government rule, for OBC candidate upper age limit is 33yrs and
for SC/ST candidate upper age limit is 35 yrs...

for appear for this post you must have qualify your graduation in any stream from a recognized college with minimum 55%.
you must have to score minimum 60% in 12th standard also.
the age limit for this exam is 21-30, for a general candidate.

age limit for SC\ST candidats is 5 years,
and for OBC candidates ths is 3 years,
also 10 years of relaxation for physically challenged candidates.

age limit for bank PO exams is minimum 21 years and maximum 25 years as on 01 Jan of that year. All Nationalised banks give age relaxation of 5 years in case of SC/ST candidates.

Those candidate have completed their graduation degree from any recognized university are eligible for BANK PO exam.

They are not require any kind of percentage marks in graduation for this time.

But your age must be in between 20 to 30 years.Age relaxation is provide only for SC/ST/OBC candidate .For Sc/ST candidate have age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC candidate it is 3 years.

BANK PO exam consist of two steps 1) Written test 2)Personal Interview.

For written test you must be prepare for mathematics and general knowledge.Also you must have basic knowledge computer field.

Every bank set their own criteria .So it is not perfect criteria all BANK PO exam.

A new restriction has been imposed on the number of attempts for the candidates. For general number of attempts is 4, for OBC it is 7 and for SC/ST

2.Reservation for sc/st candidates is 5 years.
3.The reservation for OBC candidates is 3 years.
For po minimum eligibility is graduation.
A new rule implement is number of attempts for general category is 4.For OBC is 7 attempts.

i am 28, belong to sc category a graduate wid 42% under UGC certified university.please suggest me the right examination to which i am eligible.

There are 19 banks are available , they conducts their corresponding bank PO examination,.for appear in this examination you must have at least a graduation degree from a recognized college,.
you must have to score at least 60% in through out academic carrier.

The age limit for this examination is 21-30 years,.
there are 5 & 3 years of the age relaxations are applicable for the SC\ST & OBC candidates,.
i.e.
21-33 years for the OBC [NON-CREAMY LAYER]
21-35 years for the SC\ST candidates.
