I love IPS but my eyesight is 6/24. Will it be possible to join IPS still. Any idea. Help me out please.

Educational Qualification :-

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university are eligible for IPS exam.

Age criteria :-

Your age should be in between 21 years to 30 year.

Age relaxation-

5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates
3 years relaxation for OBC Candidates
10 years relaxation for PHC candidates
5 years relaxation for Ex-serviceman

Attempt Limit:-

General Candidates can maximum 4 times
OBC Candidates can maximum 7 times
SC/ST there is no attempt limit

Eye Sight

For Worse Eye :6/12 or 6/9 distant vision.
For good Eye :6/6 or 6/9 distant vision

So if you fulfilled above eye sight criteria then you are eligible for IPS exam exam.

Thanks for the information. Actually I have completed PG. I just want to make sure that I will be eligible or not because my eye sight is 6/24. What if I do surgery and correct my eyesight. Will it be still possible?
