i would like to know whether doing mba as correspondance while am working is good??..is it valued??

Dear friend
if you are working graduate then you should go for one year MBA program for working executive. The distance learning MBA would not be that much valuable. You can have a try for sponsorship from your company as well for your MBA.
If your working experience is 3-4 years then you should prepare for GMAT which is the test for admission to MBA colleges in US and one of its college in India ISB hyderabad. Once you be in ISB your package would be same as it happened to be in IIM-A or even more.
So, if you are thinking of doing something good I would suggest to make it great.

MBA, conducted by any university and approved by AICTE, has definitely got value. Your employers will never question why you opted for distance education programme. On the contrary, it will make positive impression because it will show your urge to learn. Since you are already working, and by the time you earn the degree, you will have good work experience too. Both, your work experience and MBA degree will add value to your resume and will make you eligible to work with some of the big companies.

Yes, MBA correspondence is a good option if you are doing a course which is related to MBA.But if you are doing a totally different course then It will be better for you to do regular course. It will enhance your career. After MBA you can get placement in good companies with good salary, since you have experience.

As you are doing a job then it better for you to do MBA in correspondence.
Actually, MBA in regular course is more valuable than correspondence course.

But the value of degree is same for both regular & correspondence & you have some work experience at the time of completion of your MBA degree, it will very helpful to getting job for you.

So,kindly do MBA as a correspondence course.

Definitely MBA from distance learning is good while doing a job.If you do MBA from any distance learning than it can't be valued but if you do the same while doing a job than it will really a better career.

I have done my BCA and i got job on the basis of BCA in software field as a software engineer but i want to do MBA as a distance learning.The work experience as a software engineer is calculated in MBA field after completing my MBA as a distance education.please give me details regarding this.

There are two options in studies;
Regular
Correspondence(Irregular)

I prefer that you should be regular.
