i am a bca student.in 3years degree i have no mathematics paper(in any semester).what am i eligible for mca entrance 2011?

No you can not take admission in MCA.The basic eligibility for MCA is you must passed 12th with maths and BCA.

sorry dear you are not eligible because as such i have heard thet maths is compulsory for MCA.

your not eligible for the M.C.A.you have maths in your 12th level your eligible

for the M.C.A.you have without maths your eligible for M.C.A.but some college

accept the without maths.but you have computer science in you 12th level.

your eligible for the M.C.A.

U r egilible but u face maths test also in the entrance exam bcoz it is a section of that exam .......

you can do MCA after BCA,because elegibility qualification for MCA is BCA,so there is no problem of Maths subject in it.If you have studied Maths or not in BCA no matter you can do MCA.There is no maths subject in MCA so no need to worry about it.

as you had written that you are a B.C.A student and you had no mathematics paper in any of the semester ....
but M.C.A entrance eligibility criteria is (12th with mathematics + graduation course(like B.Sc,B.C.A,B Tech ))....
do you had mathematics in your 12th class ..if it is then surely you are eligible for giving M.C.A entrance other wise its doubtful case..
as much as I knew about it...
but in your case you may eligible for giving M.C.A entrance due to your B.C.A course...

no you are not eligiable to do MCA from reputed institute.

MCA is a professional course. and math is compulsary in 12th to do MCA.

without math you can't do mca.

but you can do MCA correspondence courses.
some universities provides this.

as you have already a bca degree, then MCA correspondence course will be good option for your bright career.

So, Please think About Some Other Courses Because You Are Not Eligible for MCA Entrance Exams.

If u do ur higher education in Maths and in bca u didnt read any maths subject so can apply for the mca . but maths portion in the entrance paper ........

To get admission in MCA after BCA without maths in 12th standard than you are not eligible for it.You need to have maths background.Its necessary to have studied maths in 12th.Yes you can go for other courses like MBA.Its also a very prestigious course and will not have tuft time to find a job after the completion of MBA.

For admission to MCA the candidate must have passed class 12th examination and bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60%marks and must have studied mathematics and computer sciences.But as You have done BCA without maths so you are ineligible to apply in the Entrance Exam.But You can take admission in some short term computer courses to make you more knowledgeable & equivalent to MCA upto some extent.

Minimum eligibility for MCA requires you to have mathematics as your compulsory subject in your 10+2 level

So if you had maths as your compulsory subject at 10+2 then you are eligible for BCA irrespective of you having or not having maths in graduation.

However, if you did not maths in 10+2, then you are not eligible for MCA.

Yes you get admission in MCA after BCA does not matter you have Maths or not
but if you have no maths in 12th class you did not get direct admission in MCA firstly ypu have to do BCA.........

Mathematics in 10 2 is one of the basic criteria for Admission to MCA course in maximum Universities. But if you have BCA (with or without math) you have a little more chance because some Universities admits BCA students without Mathematics to MCA course. If you don't have BCA or Math at 10 2 the MCA in good university will be next to nothing but you can do MCA from Sikkim Manipal University DE, IGNOU.
