Eligibility for MCA: -

1. Pass graduation in any subject or equivalent with a minimum of 55 % aggregate marks from a recognized Institute / University.

2. Nationality – Indian

3. Age - 21 Years to 30 Years for General candidates, 21 Years to 33 Years for OBC candidates and 21 Years to 35 Years for SC / ST candidates.

If you want to pursue MCA from Top most Reputed Regular colleges then you must have Mathematics in your 10+2.
but some of the university may not bother about maths in 10+2 like Sikkim Manipal and IGNOU.
but if you are willing to do you MCA through correspondence then you can do it from the following universities:-

Or


Pass in Maths at 10+2 level.



AIMCET Eligiblity Creteria -


If You Have Completed Your Bachelor's degree Of Minimum 3 Years Duration in any Discipline With Mathematics At the 10+2 level Or At the Bachelor's level, Then You Are Eligible To Apply For MCA Entrance Exams.

For applying for MCA the basic eligibility criteria is that you are compulsorily required to have Maths at 10+ 2 level.

So in case if you dont have maths at 10+2 level then you are not eligible to appear for MCA CET exam.

Do not loose hope & you can try for other exams.

You must have 50% marks in graduation and you should have maths subject in 12th level.

You have maths subject in 12th level.Your are Eligible for MCA Entrance exam.

But the eligibility criteria varying from college to college.

If you have not maths subject in 12th level.Don't worry some college accepts without maths.

You need to do first BCA and then after MCA you can not take admission in MCA directly.....so firstly do BCA and then MCA

For BCA eligibility-
Any student who completed his 12th in any Stream are eligible for doing BCA..
Maths subject is not compulsory for doing BCA..

For MCA eligibility-
Any student who have Maths is in 12th class are eligible for doing MCA ..
In this MATHS is compulsory...

-a candidate should be graduate from any recognized
university in maths or BCA or a candidate can also apply
who is graduate from other descipline but having maths
in his/her 12.....

as you are a BCA student so it doesn't depend whether you
have math in 12th or not.....
