Meaning of Tier II cutoff? Does it include Maths, English or combined prelims(Tier 1) and Tier 2?


can anyone please tell me what is the meaning tier 2 cutoff ?
does it include only maths+ English or combined prelims (tier1 ) and tier 2?
it shows 354.75 for general category on ssc site what does that exactly mean?

Tier 2 cutoff means total marks out of tier 1 an tier 2. Mean out of 600.
