Hello friend,
In most of the government jobs, there is no percentage criteria, but if there is any percentage criteria in any particular exam, the required percentage of marks for SC candidate is 5% less then the required percentage of marks for candidates belonging to general category.
In case of the maximum age limit, it is 35 years in most of the entrance exam conducted by examining bodies under the regulation of government of India.
