Sir I m not a very rich.and my father salary not a good so please give me a miimum fees of M.B.B.S in any university in India

Dear friend the fee structure depends on the the institutions and according to your current position i suggest you to join govt college where the fees are Rs.30000 minimum per year.

For getting admission into govt college you need to appear for medical exam AIPMT
You should really work hard to clear AIPMT with best score to get admission in govt colleges

Is there any scope for getting admission in mbbs course?
