hi what r the minimum passing marks for company secratory at 3 different stages

the minimum passing marks is 40% in each subject & 50% as overall marks to clear all the 3 stages.

as per according to your question minimum marks required in CS at 3 stages
(foundation,executive & professional ) is of about 50%.you need not to worry just go through the various modules as per each level & too have a good practical knowledge you can easily achieve your goal regarding CS..

to the best of my knowledge the passing % for CS in ALL three stages is 40% in each individual subject and 50% overall, which is quite gettable. So dont worry at all ! I'm sure it'll be a piece of cake for you good luck !

hi i am siddu reading ipcc now i like to study cs but cs contains either practical papers or theoritical papers

I have completed my M.com in Madras university so ICSI have granted me for paper wise exemption for the subject cost and comany accounts in CS Executive programme Module. So kindly any one advice me how many marks i have to score to clear my CS executive programme Module I . Is there any possibilties like set off marks to be adjusted in paper.. GCL 40 and Income tax 60 is that correct way...

The methodology of granting exemptions from papers on account of getting high marks is however different for CA and CS.
Papers with two or more subjects involved where a paper contains two or more parts (each part may be a separate subject or otherwise) with the total marks of 100 divided between the parts a candidate is required to get the minimum marks in all the parts together. There is no need for the student to maintain a minimum pass mark in each part separately.

Eg: Paper 8: Direct and Indirect Taxation - Law and Practice [100 marks]

Section A: Direct Taxation - Law and Practice (40 Marks)

Section B: Indirect Taxation - Law and Practice (60 Marks)

The student is required to get the minimum of 40 marks in the two sections together. There is no minimum for each section.

i am going to give modul 1 of cs executive 3 papers , if i fails in any one of them can give exam for only one subject in next session.

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY TO JOIN COMPANY SECRETARY COURSE

10+2 passed any stream (art, science, commerce) or equivalent qualification.

There is no limit on age.


THREE STAGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

• FOUNDATION
  
• EXECUTIVE
  
• PROFESSIONAL

Marks should be greater than 60%.

Total Fee of Comapany Secretary is not more than 25000/-.

Admission is open though out the year.examination are held twice a year in june and december.

It is not a regular course and can be done from anywhere in INDIA.

I have joined ACS Executive Program. I am going to write three papers ie. one module on June 2013. What is the % of marks to obtain a pass in each subject? What is the overall or aggregate marks I have to get to clear off the above three papers?

what is the min passing marks for cs final. I have appeared for all 4 groups. Suppose i get 98 in 1st grp, 110in second grup, 80 in 3rd grup and 100 in 4th grup. Will grup 1 & 2 be set off plz reply
