Re: Which is more beneficial BSc Life Science or BSc Biochemistry?
B.Sc Chemistry itself comes under B.Sc Life Sciences.
Botany, Zoology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology all these subjects will be treated as Life Sciences. As per the current scenario, the number of students who are joining in these B.Sc Life sciences are decreasing. Even the candidates who have done their B.Sc in the life sciences, they are going to Management courses. So, I would suggest you to join B.Sc in life sciences if you are much interested and if you would like to go for research or if you want to do P.hd |

HI
LIFE SCIENCE MEANS BIOLOGICAL AND HUMAN SCIENCE. ONE CAN PURSUE A DEGREE IN LIFE SCIENCE THEY CAN THROUGH ABOUT LIFE PROCESS. IT IS ALSO DEVELOPED HOW SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE DEVELOPED OR IMPACT ? B.Sc. (Hons) Biochemistry degree is a two phase programme. In the first phase the student is required to acquire some basic knowledge in biology, physic-chemical principles and analytical procedure by taking the relevant biology, chemistry, physics and mathematics, courses. In phase two, biochemistry will be studied as a subject, in the third and fourth years. It is mandatory for students to take and pass courses in general studies in order to broaden their knowledge. In addition, students will be acquainted with the basic principles and practice of computer programming in their second year of study. |

B.sc biochemistry is more beneficial than B.Sc life science.
If you will join the B.Sc life science then you cannot apply in pharmacy company, not in any medicine company. You can apply for all of the above if you are from B.sc Biochemistry. So, i would suggest you for the B.sc biochemistry. |

dear friend
first of all it is all about your interest and your passion about your career. B.SC in bio-science like zoology, botany etc are very much research oriented and academic based study. bio-chemistry is modern and updated course. in this field very few students are there as it is newly introduced. it has a good scope in jobs perspective . it is basically a professional course. so i will suggest you for bio-informatics. all the best |
