HI THERE,

M.Sc IT is very Different from B Tech IT, Msc focus on specific subjects and more detailed view of those subjects while B tech cover all aspect but not in detail and is studied technically which lacks in M Sc.

Secondly,

If presently your in B.Sc you can't opt for M tech its not possible.
Only B tech student can do its Masters and B.Sc student can do M.Sc.
Don't be confused and don't try to mash up.

Both fields are very differnt though on same subjects. B tech is considered more professional then B.Sc and the posts will be higher.
