is it necessary to submit degree certificate to do c.s executive?
because if we are doing 3rd year b.com then we can't submit the certificate so please clarify my doubt.

It is mandatory to pass graduation to get admission in CS Executive Course.
You can't get admission in the course during third year of graduation.
If you are in 3rd year of B.Com. presently then you would probably get certificate by the
end of July 2013.
After that you can get admission in the course.

Further, I would suggest you to take admission in the course before last week of
September 2013.
In case you register for the course before September 2013 then the first examination
for which you will be eligible, would be June term examination of 2014.
Admission in the course remains open throughout the year.
