After completing 10th standard i took admission in diploma from mechanical (automobile). Now i am about to pass diploma. I want to know about non -technical degrees which i can do after completing diploma..?

Look it will be quiet difficult to change because you specifically studies mechanic in you 10+2 as mechanical diploma, so there is only one way that is taking admission in Btech or BE mechanical. But chances are minute not zero, few universities and colleges take admission in such manner but that's like 0.0001% because consideration and terms are involved.

I would better suggest take admission in BE or Btech and don't waste your time in non-technical and make a bright future in it.
