Among government college and private college which one is best for doing B.tech and getting best job?

Government college is surely better than private colleges provided it is IIT or top NIT.
Private colleges like BITS,Pilani,BITS,Mesra,Thapar,KIIT,VIT are better than many government colleges including NIT.So,it depends on the colleges bteween which you are comparing.However ,if you see financially,government colleges are cheaper than private colleges.

in government colleges faculties does not take interest in studying as their job is sure,so for studies what to prefer?

If you are comparing among government colleges (IIts,NITs) and private colleges then surely IITs,NITs are far better than any private college.
But among other state,local government and private colleges i will prefer private colleges as they guarantee 100% placement which is not the case with most of the government colleges.
But government colleges are cheaper than private colleges.

i have three gaps after inter if i do btech from private clg can i get the job?

if I drop a year for gov. College or take a Btech branch in private college...it should help me to.my future
