I h've got 70.2% in 12th level and at present i am in b.com and i want to know how many percentages required for B.ED in graduation for general category?

Dear friend,
most of collages required 55% in equivalence bachelor degree. you have best score in B.Com. you got the top college for B.Ed.

45% for BA and BSC students and
50% for Bcom.
according to the status of fullfilment and remaing seats after third counseling
u may counsile directly to the college and get chance to take admission.

The minimum percentage required in graduation to do B.ed is 50% or above.....
so try to maintain the criteria....
there are many govt. and private colleges in India which offers the course.

dear friend for B.ED 50% is required in graduation from any discipline.for b.ed there is required for general is 50%and there is not needed of 12marks .that's why B.ED is totally depend on graduation.

yes you are eligible to apply for B.ed.
candidate require graduate with 50%marks in aggregate from a recognized University and having studied any one of the following subjects are eligible to do B.Ed.

The ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS for B-Ed are-
Candidates having passed Bachelor's degree in humanities and social sciences with a minimum of 50% marks in
aggregate from a recognized University and having studied any one of the following subjects:
(i) English
(ii) Hindi
(iii) Sanskrit
(iv) Urdu
(v) Mathematics
vi) Civics/ Political Science
(vii) Geography(viii) History
(ix) Economics
(x) Punjabi
But as you are from commerce stream so its better to do the M.com & then appear in the NET exam for lecturership.

Percentage required for B.ed exam for general category is 50%, subjects are:
(i)English
(ii) Hindi
(iii) Sanskrit
(iv) Urdu
(v) Mathematics
vi) Civics/ Political Science
(vii) Geography(viii) History
(ix) Economics
(x) Punjabi
and for other category it will be 5% relaxation.

hiii friend...here i can help you....here is the elibility criteria for BED........hope it helps you.....

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Graduate under at least 10+2+3 pattern
[including Shastri] with a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate considering all the subjects
in three years except those subjects where only pass marks are required and which do not
contribute to the total in the final (degree) marksheet. The applicant must have at least one

OR
M.A./M.Sc./M.Com./Acharya securing a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate. The
applicant must have at least one school subject* at the graduation or post-graduation level as a

sir , i m pursuing my p.g from kanpur university in english,and i completed my graduation from lucknow university in english lit., history and pol. sci., but i left pol. sci. in final year as optional subject. My percentage in graduation was 49.10% and present time i m teaching in a school,but i want to do b.ed , how much percentage required in b.ed, and if i am not eligible for b.ed exam than what can i do for teaching in govt. school.

Eligibility for B.ed course:-

1.Candidate has to complete the graduation in any trade with 45% aggregate..

This is the only eligibility criteria you have to fulfill to get admission in B.ed course.
If you wants to become a teacher in future then you can go for this course.

Dear freind,
You need minimum 55% marks in graduation.
