dont join clinical research as a diploma or pg diplome course its waste of time and money.get trained in any good institution in the courses like cdm, oracle clinical, or sas programmer in clinical research area.... it will take hardly 3-4 months and u can expect an immediate entry level jobs ...depending upon the institution in which u get training.
