No, it is not possible to do BBA course after completion of your Diploma in Mechanical Engineering course. To be eligible to do BBA course, you should have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination in any stream from a recognized board. Since, you have not pursued 12th standard, being a Diploma holder, you are not eligible to do BBA course.
