Is it possible to do some technical courses after 10th standard(15 years back)?

Hi sir , i completed 10th standard in 1994,and diploma in electronic communication eng. 1995 but uncompleted. now work in abu dhabi, electrical draftsman, i eager to learn some technical courses. what courses he can take for his carrer. you can suggest some courses in affordable price.Thank you !!!!!!!!!!!!

hello sir goodmorng my self amit singh i did pass 10th from up board year of 2007 bt some problem i cant regular study.
But this time i start study and i prepairing 12th from up board this year my age 21 year old.
could i addmission in pilot traing institute.
what is recuirement in admission & what is fee in government traning institute ?
