Is it possible to get a seat in Anna University under OC category? Is it best to do in private?


i completed diploma in Murugappa(DME) with 90% and right now having 2 yrs exp... But i'm coming under OC so is it possible to get seat in anna university?(part time), if no means then which univ... is best to do in private? pls provide the details
