Sir I'm completed my 12 in 86%. I'm an AP student..I'm interested to join in Bangalore GKVK college in management quota..is possible?? How much the fees total for the four years..plzz reply me urgent..

GKVK college refers to Gandhi Krishi Vigyan Kendra College. It provides the B.Sc in Agriculture, B.Sc (Ag.MaCo) , B.Tech in Agriculture.

The admission is done against General Quota and the Agriculturist's Quota. Under General Quota admission is done purely on the basis of merit, that is on the percentage basis obtained in the 12th Board exams for PCM(Physics, Chemistry & Maths) and PCB (Physics, Chemistry & Biology)streams.

Minimum of 35 % marks is required in the 12th Board exam as the eligibility criteria.

Under the agriculturist's Quota - 50% for the percentage of 12th marks + 50% for the practical test conducted by the university, for the admission.

As such, there is no Management Quota for the admission under the Gandhi Krishi Vigyan Kendra College. But then as you have secured a good 86% of marks in 12th Board exam you can always get the admission through the merit.

And the fees for the course is -

First year - Rs 12000 (Approximately) _ inclusive of 1st and 2nd semester & Insurance
And from Second year onwards - Rs 9000 (Approximately)__ inclusive of 1st and 2nd semester & Insurance

How to get admission.in gkvk.. Is it necessary to appear any entrance test

ya it is possible to join gkvk,but as50% of your is considered get well prepared for practical exam conducted for agriculture quota
