you search for 20 year iit papers there you will be asked you register you register there with full details then you will start recieving your documents on your id

If you are looking for 20 years question paper then you should refer Arihant's
25 years question bank in which questions are given chapter-wise not
year-wise.
The chapter wise revision is better because if you revise with question papers
and you get trouble in two different type of questions you will be confused.
First practice them chapter wise and then practice mock tests.

IIT is one of the toughest exams in INDIA.So they didn't follow same questions and their patterns.It changes simultaneously every year.So you can follow arihant paper related to IIT so you may have some experience about level of IIT questions and It may increase your confidence level.
As i appeared in IIT exams,Although i got help in question patterns and by this I cleared my maths and chemistry cut Off but not cleared ion physics

to get the previous 20 years papers of the IIT JEE along with the solutions is very difficult to get so i would recommend you to purchase a book of the publication of the arihant or the MTG 31 years question bank of the IIT JEE previous years papers .....
through it you can prepare well and it also contains the sample papers for the practice......
