Hi i have done m.a in economics. Now i want to do phd in economics from panjab university tell me the procedure of applying and getting scholarship for research.

For admission to these course the candidate have to qualify M.Phil and Ph.D entrance test conducted by the panjab university Chandigarh.

The written test shall be followed by a mandatory interview in the form of interaction to be organised by the concerned department /institute.
At the time of interview,the candidate are expected to discuss their research area. Interview is essential for enrolment in M.Phil and PH.D programme and selection would solely based on the performance of the candidate in the interview
