STEPS TO BECOME JUDGE

First of all i want to clear you doubt which you have..... there is no way you can become a judge without being a lawyer because you have to have some good experience and good name as a lawyer then after some 3 years + experience you may become a judge if you are smart enough for tat..


FIVE STEPS TO BECOME A JUDGE :

STEP 1 : You must have a bachelor's degree with field experience. You can take up BA LLB degree which is a 5 years integrated course... To join for BA LLB you have to write the CLAT ( Common Admission Law Test ) and get the seat in some of the good colleges.. I have attached the list of colleges where you can get seat after passing the CLAT exam in this post.. check it over...

STEP 2 : You must clear the All India Bar Examination which test one's ability to be rated as the best advocate and a judge.

STEP 3 : You have to select the court which you want to work and have some idea about the place and things to carry on their to gain good experience.

STEP 4 : Gain political support if possible.. this will help in a lot of ways, because the position for judge is very competitive so you must be out of the box to show yourself..

STEP 5 : You must be good in some skills like analyzing, logical thinking, speaking and researching, skills which can be acquired through courses such as public speaking, government, English, philosophy, history to excel in your future..
