no the above statement is completly wrong you can aply for the junior civil magistrate first class in the examination conducted by the irrespectiv state public service commission if you are passed llb degree in first attempt

Sir ,
i m a 9th class student. I have a very keen interest in being a judge. It is my dream! I am always told by my seniors that being a judge is a difficult and time consuming career, which i should not choose! i am very much interested in the judicial conditions of India. Sir please help me out ! what should i do to become a judge without the long method of first being a lawyer than later a judge ????? plz. reply - chakshu.gupta97@gmail.com |

no u can not appoint as a judge without law...if u r lawyer u must be an advocate of high court...than u can apply for civil judge exame....hope u will understand
