I have m.sc ph with 54% with valid GATE 2012 score 695 its my bad luck that i have not secure 60%,but I am through out 80% so due to this I have not eligible for M.Tech IIT. Please sir send a later to IIT chairman as well as to the MHRD minister Kapil Sibble who are the mentor of our education system.It is very bad most of the student those are ellite at there education but due to some problem or illness at the time of exam they not secure the minimum marks,it does mean that they are below standard student.....Is am I a below student all these IIT's are not a novel institute at present they left their identity for which they are set up by PANDIT JAWAHAR LAL NEHRU ji (PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA) to make the Indian student as the leader of the nation in development,but such like me student have no anthuaism to do any thing I hate the rule and regulation of India,but I love my India.......................What can I do to do sir please send my voice to the BABA ANNA HAJARE JI as well as to the KEJRIWAL ji.who want to save the nation other wise we loss the cotrol over terrerism,because all like me have the only choice.I never join the institute below my level
