What is the procedure for online submission of application form of ISRO?

for joining in ISRO
POST:-- Scientist/Engineer ,we need to have a qualificatio of BE/B.Tech or equivalent in First Class with an aggregate minimum of 65% (average of all semesters for which results are available). Candidates who are in final year can also apply for the same.With age limit of 35 years.

POST:--SCIENTIFIC ASSISTANT
Education: First Class Bachelor Degree in Science with mathematics as one of the subject and any other two subjects from the following (Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, / Information Tech. Electronics, & Statistics) from recognized University/ Institution.
POST:--TECHNICAL ASSISTANT
Education: First Class Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering/ Computer Engg.

there are too many vacancies and post for which isro recruits candidates from different discipline so you may be specific while asking about vacancy and form

though there are only one way to apply online mode for isro exam for any vacancy

how should we sent the reg number with proof?writteb in a separate sheet?
shall we post the proof through courier?
