what is the process for the rti to private company.

First visit the website and then u will find the link for RTI ... there you may file your application.

how can i confrmed that when my provident fund will i got,,, it has passed near about 6 months i have given the req for it in the previous company which has left by me.. plz tell me what should i to do?

go through the site www.EPFO and enter your pf no u can got your answer immediately

Does private company comes under RTI to get any information if they involved in any unsocial or illegal activities?. Pl help.

Does private company comes under RTI law, if they do any unsocial or illegal activity,break any law? Pl help or suggest any code or s.no. of RTI rule under which they follow.Pl inform how to get RTI information from them if they dont cooperates.

e.g. any automobile company.
