Qualification required to become a Car Designer? Proficient job oriented courses?

Hi my name is Saigeeth. I am studying EEE and i like car designing(exterior body of the car)..i want to pursue my career as car designer...i would like to know about the qualifications that require for job and required courses in which i should be proficient???
