You are from Mechanical Engineering .This qualification is enough to work in automobile companies.
All these are very Big companies so,one should have some qualities to get into which are listed below:
-Candidate should be form IIT ,NIT or BITS
-Candidate should have minimum 75% aggregate
-Experience with minimum 2-5 years.
-Better to start your career with start up company to gain experience then try with these companies you have mentioned.
-When you get experience your chances are high to get into these companies.
-otherwise take internship in one good company so you might get on easily.
