what are qualifications for airforce after 12th? Please tell me the qualifications/

Yes , my friend you can join in IAF after 12th through NDA..
The Required qualification for IAF-

1.you must have complete your 12th with PCM with 50% marks..

2.your age should be in between 16-19 years..

3.you must be physically fit, like hight, weight, eye site..

these are the qualification needed..

After 12th you can go through the NDA Examination.Through NDA exam you can get in a permanent commissioned officer.The qualifications are given below:-

Education eligibility:

Minimum educational qualification required to appear in this exam is that the candidate must be 10+2 passout with any of the stream from a recognised board. Although 10+2 appearing students can also apply for the exam provided they should be able to present examination certificate at the time of interview. Candidates who are willing to join Air Force and Navy wing must have Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 standard.

Age Eligibility: To be eligible for exam the candidate must be a male Indian within the age limit of 16 1/2 to 19 years on the date of interview. Only Male candidates are eligible to appear for the examination.

so after 10+2 you are eligible for air force exam.

You can apply for the Indian Air force as an officer after 10+2 through
National Defence academy examination. This examination is conducted by
the UPSC twice in a year. To apply for this examination you need the
following eligibility criteria.

Education Qualification
Candidate should be 10+2 pass and should have physics and maths at 10+2
for the Indian Air force and Navy.
Candidates appeared in the 10+2 exam are also eligible to apply for the
national defence academy examination.

Age Limit
Candidate age should be between 16.5 to 19 years.

As you have asked for getting into airforce after your respected +2 you can opt to write the NDA exam.

NDA - National Defence Academy

This exam is conducted by UPSC every year and it is held 2 times.For writing the exam the candidates must be eligible.

Eligibility:

1. The candidate must be a citizen of India.
2. The candidates must be a unmarried male candidate.
3. The candidates must have a age limit of 16 1/2 -19 years.

Whereas in the case of education qualification for joining in Indian Airforce the candidates must have finished +2 with physics and mathematics as subjects.

After your 12th standard you can join the Indian Air Force. This is possible if you are clearing the entrance exam conducted by UPSC. UPSC conducts this exam twice in a year. For joining the Air Force, you should have done 10+2 in maths and physics. For should be in the age group 16-19. You should be a citizen of India. You should also be medically fit. These are the basic qualification required for a +2 student to apply for IAF.

you can join the IAF(Indian Air Force) by giving the NDA (National Defence Academy) exam..but you should have done your 12th with science stream and should have scored a minimum of 50% aggregate in PCM in 12th boards..and you should be within the age limit of 16 1/2 to 19 years..you should be physically fit and should have a perfect 6/6 eyesight and should not be colourblind

If you want to join Airforce after 10+2 then NDA is the best platform for it...
for NDA age should be 16 1/2 to 19 years.. and other physical criteria are hieght-162cm, weight-50kg, chest-77 to 82, runnnig- 16oo meter in 6 minute and 20 seconds... etc...

To join in Defense Service after 12th class,you should appear for NDA exam.NDA exam is conducted by UPSC every year twice.This exam is conducted to intake qualified students into different defense service wings like Indian Air Force Wing,Indian Navy wings and Indian Army wings.

To appear for this exam
>>For Indian Air Force Wings/Indian Navy Wings:You should have complete 12th class with PCM stream from a recognized university.
>>For Indian Army Wings:You should have complete 12th class with any stream from a recognized university.
>>And your age should be between 16 1/2 to 19 years for this three wings.

If you fulfill with above mentioned criteria,then you can appear for NDA exam this year.

Important dates for NDA Exam:
NDA-I exam:
Issuing of application form from 31st Dec 2011 to 30th Jan 2012.
Exam will be held on 15th April 2012.
NDA-II exam:
Issuing of application from from 5th May 2012 to 4th June 2012.
Exam will be held on 19th August 2012.
