the best book in India for water resource engineering is the WATER RESOURCE AND POWER ENGINEERING BY B.C.PUNMIA, also the modules of iit kharagpur are very good ,they are available at he following website http://nptel.iitm.ac.in its the materials by the professors of iit kharagpur , |
