The local category of the candidate is determined from the past 7 years of education location where he has studied. The local category candidates will be given first preference in the counselling process when they apply for admission in the local colleges/ universities through entrance examination.

As per the information you have mentioned in your query, you have studied your 7th standard to 10th standard in Prakasam district and Intermediate in Nellore District that means, you have studied your last 7 years of education from Andhra region, so, you belong to Andhra University region.
