Candidates who have completed B. Tech. Electronics and Communication Engineering can pursue the M. Tech. Nanotechnology course.

One very good college is "Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Vellore, Tamilnadu" which offers post graduation courses in the field of Electronics.
Candidates are admitted based on an entrance examination conducted by the VIT. Candidates with valid GATE scores are exempted from appearing the entrance examination. For further details, please visit "http://www.vit.ac.in/".
