All mentions company are TOP level in software industry . They are recruit candidate with mass recruitment.So they have a eligibility criteria for On-Campus and Off Campus placement.

Only Final year or Pass-out B-TECH ,M-TECH ,MCA degree holder are applicable for IBM , ACCENTURE and HP .

ACCENTURE AND HP= want 60% marks in through our career.

IBM=> Want 65% through out career.

NOTE:- For all above mention companies follow the below criteria also.

• Pending Backlog candidate are not applicable.
• One year career gap candidate are applicable.

Process of above companies recruitment-

• Aptitude Test
• Technical test
• HR

Some time maximum no companies conduct GD round for the reason of mass elimination and communication skill.

The Companies that you are talking about to be recruited in are the top tier companies in the field of information and technology.

If you want to be recruited in any one of these companies , then you must have to fulfill the following :

* You must have completed your B.Tech/M.tech/BCA with a minimum of 60% marks from any recognized college/university.

* You do not have any pending backlogs.

* You must have ample interest as well as knowledge in the field in which you have completed your graduation.

* The recruitment consists of three phases -

a) Aptitude Test

b) Technical Test

c) Group Discussion.

Your score is good enough to fetch you a job.
But the main problem is your back paper.
You need to clear your back paper and then only you will be eligible for the placement in these companies through on-campus placement..

The criterion needed to be satisfies for a job in theses companies are-

>> candidate should have minimum 60% aggregate till the previous semester.
>> candidate should have scored minimum 60% marks in 12th and 10th.
>> candidate should not have any back logs at the time of placement.
>> candidate should not have any year-gap in graduation.


So clear you back paper first.

You can also apply for the off-campus placement drive of these companies.
But you can apply for this only while in your final semester or after completing engineering.


You can also go for placement in a low ranked IT company visiting your college.
as some companies do permit maximum 2 back logs.

I have 56.05% in my graduation i.e. B.Sc., i'm i elligible to apply for IBM, HP, Accenture, TCS, Infoysys, Wipro?

Here is the eligibility criteria that is required for the candidates to make entry into these companies.

-The candidate should have completed Graduation in Engineering or MCA course.
-The candidate should be having career 60 having scored a minimum of 60% of marks in all the academic levels.
-The academic gap should not be more than 2 years.

HR Interview

If you are applying for these companies on the basis of experience, then directly they will conduct Technical and Manager round Interviews.

At Fresher level, they will be more focusing on your level of subject knowledge and communication skills.

So, try to be good enough in these areas.

My suggestion would to get job opportunity in campus placements itself. Otherwise there is a huge competition among the candidates in outside market.

I have 2 yrs gap before the b.tech degree , i hv completed my HS on 2006 n joined b.tech on 2008 n in 2012 i hv cmplted the btech and in 2013 dat is after 1 year gap i hv joined the m.tech degree , total 3 yrs gap between two courses, m i eligible fr ibm , accenture and hp???

Accenture : 65 Percent throughout , with relaxation in One(10/12) .

That means : You can have 60 in either 10th/12th , and 65 % in engineering to have a first degree.

One must have scored more than 60% marks in 10 ,10+2 and in graduation course 60% with no backlog pending.

Aspirant who wishes to admit in this company must not have the education gap more than 1 year.The selection in these companies will be based on the written test as well as personal interview to that company.
